What you should know about our shipping process

We ship all of our cookies through multiple mailing services. If you believe that you have not received a package, you may contact us @cookiedenchicago@outlook.com or you can reach out to the shipper. We will file a report for you and answer any questions and give any updates you might have. If we cannot get you your package, then we will give you a free mini cookie the next time you order for the inconveinence. We are extremely sorry if you do not receive your package but just know, once it leaves our kitchen there is no way to control what happens to the package.
