What do we offer?

At Cookie Den Chicago, we offer a multitude of different offerings for our cookies. If there is any custom note you would like on your cookies (ex. happy birthday) you may leave a note at checkout specifying what text you would like and whether you would like a milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, or a colored chocolate. Also, if there are any allergens like egg or wheat that you would like us to make your cookies without, just leave a note & whether the cookie can have cross-contamination. But remember that the cookies texture and taste might change based on subsituted ingredients. We have a warranty where if your cookie goes bad or has mold within two days of receiving the cookie, then you will be offered a full refund and a free cookie the next time you order. Look at our shipping policy for information on a missing package. Look at checkout for information about accepted payments.
